Sydney and her team usually accommodate two-three weddings each month. Busiest months are typically January, May, September & October.
Once this number is booked, the month will be closed to all other couples.

2026 has just opened and already has a few bookings in the works, which means we unlimited space in our calendar for destination weddings and local weddings. All quotes are based off of guest count & the average hour coverage booked with us.
Minimum booking requirement is $15,000.00 USD.

Sydney plays a significant role in crafting the overall timeline and flow of your wedding day, ensuring that you can fully immerse yourself in and savor every precious moment that unfolds.
Each quote we provide features a distinctive gallery of images, both digital and film scans, ranging from 600 to occasionally over 1200 unique images carefully selected and edited by Sydney Marie herself.
Our quotes also includes a dedicated team of photographers who are trained in both film and digital photography. Sydney has spent the past decade training a team of skilled individuals to assist her in establishing an efficient workflow for herself and her clients.

Each year, Sydney's team is on the move for 85% of weddings, requiring travel expenses like flights, rental cars, and accommodations to be included in your quote if necessary.
Sydney is an experienced traveler with memberships at JetBlue & Marriott which are both preferred when traveling for clients.

To get a custom proposal, Sydney requires a consultation phone call to learn more about what you are looking for when it comes to documentation.
After you receive a proposal, Sydney will put a soft hold on your date for 10 days.

All sessions are booked separately from your wedding photography contract. We recommend reaching out to book your session within 3 months of the desired shoot date/month.
Sessions start at $1200.00 USD and can increase depending on location & duration of the shoot.
