  • "My experience with Sydney and Nick was absolutely amazing. From the beginning Sydney was extremely communicative and made sure to ask exactly what I wanted for the pictures for our wedding. Taking pictures sometimes makes myself and my now-husband feel awkward, because we don’t know how to pose etc… but on wedding day Sydney and Nick made us both feel so comfortable and gave us direction when needed or simply let us live in the moment while snapping pics of us. Even just by looking at the preview gallery, Sydney captured my favorite moments of my wedding night. She got pictures of me dancing with my grandparents, my parents, and all of our friends. Throughout the night they made sure to have coverage on both myself and my husband (which btw thank you both because i know we were running around). And overall it was just a wonderful experience. I would recommend Sydney to anybody looking for a wedding photographer who is determined to take pictures that make you feel like you are reliving that exact moment when you look at them. I chose Sydney for this exact reason, each photo is so purposeful and just literally full of emotion. Sydney’s vision for pictures is absolutely unmatched and I will forever be in love with all the moments she was able to capture."

As her work may speak for itself, it’s also worth noting that her and Nick’s energy is calm and positive, with my entire family noting what a wonderful sweet couple they are. Moreover, the documentary approach was exactly as I’d hoped for. They were carefully in the background, anticipating authentic moments and making everyone feel extremely comfortable around the camera. We skipped a first look, and I imagine we still posed for no more than 15-20 minutes throughout the entire day.   • "Sydney’s photos had been my inspo pics throughout my entire pre-planning process, and I was thrilled when she was available for our wedding! From the start, she was an extremely prompt and thorough communicator, generously granting us access to her via email, phone and text, and clearly outlining her availability and when she’d be back in touch if presently occupied with another event. She was so helpful to two photo novices, walking us through outfit, pose, and setting tips for our engagement shoot. We immediately felt at ease and were even more excited for the main event, where our photos speak for themselves - but I’ll fill in. She was the perfect blend of a helpful presence - knowing the timeline better than we did, corralling wedding party and family as needed - and a background operator, capturing the night without taking us away from the moment. Previews arrived promptly, and our add-on package of iPhone footage was my FAVORITE part. I can’t recommend it enough!! Not only was it great fodder for TikToks, reels, and recaps, it was such a fun way to see the small moments between photos and basically get extra footage of the entire wedding day - delivered in less than 12 hours. We did not want the super cheesy staged pics, but wanted someone who could capture our love much more naturally. We found Sydney on Instagram and were blown away from our initial phone call. She has a super modern, cool way of scheduling calls, keeping all your info and portfolio in one place and easy method of payment. You can tell Sydney truly loves what she does.
